Comprehensive Care Solutions
Personal Care, Daily Living and Household Support.
We offer dedicated personal care services for 18-65 years of age and Elderly, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance to enhance daily living.
We offer support in cooking, preparing snacks, healthy eating. Including medication prompts.
Household services such as cleaning and Laundry.
We support in shopping, appointments, activities, community groups.
Night sleepover or sitting service and day sitting services.
Mental Health , Dementia and Learning Disability Support.
Mental Health and Wellbeing support- which includes routine building, emotional support, confidence and well-being and key work sessions.
Learning Disability support - Communication, Skills, Independence.
At Brighter Lives Care, we provide compassionate, person-centred dementia care, supporting individuals with dignity, respect, and understanding while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and engaged in their daily lives.
We support in completing application forms, applying for benefits, and liaise with partner agencies such as Housing, Adult Social Care, Children's Social Care, and Health Services as well as family meetings to ensure you are supported well.
Reablement, recovery Keeping Safe
After Hospital Support - getting back on your feet.
We ensure appropriate care plans are put in place and assessments are completed by a Qualified Social Worker.
We complete risk assessments, safety planning.
Support to access education, training volunteering and social activities.
You choose what help you want. You stay in control.

Step 2 - Assessment completed by a Qualified Social Worker with over a decade of experience in Social Care Sector:
Holistic assessment considering strengths, risks, wishes and outcomes.
Step 3 - Care Plan:
Agreed goals, visit times, tasks and reviews.
Step 4- Matching carers:
Matching based on skills, personality, language/ culture where possible.
Step 5 - Review and feedback:
Regular reviews, open feedback, changes made quickly.
Who can refer:

-Solicitors / court linked referrals.
Safeguarding:
-DBS checks, training, supervision.
